Not fined. It should be outlawed....It's not disturbing it disgusting. . . what would possess some people to dress like that!!!! I'm a size 8 and can't imagine that anyone would want to see that!!! LOL!!!

Your right. I should be fined for wearing spandex. 300 lbs just isn't flattering. No wonder people started to whale call at me when I was swimming.

Nobody should wear spandex in public. Really.. you shouldn't even wear it in the privcacy of your own home. I don't care who you are.. spandex is never flattering. It should all be burned.

it IS very disturbing!!! When I was in mis school we had a substitute taecher that was a bigger older women and she would wear spandex shorts ewwwwwwww...The thought makes me cringe!!!
