You'll know. But don't stress over the possibility... that will be even worse for your pregnancy.

Most women experience severe cramping, heavier than usual bleeding and often clotting when miscarring. If you experience any of this or anything else that doesn't seem normal, see a doctor right away.

Just relax and enjoy being pregnant, it's so much fun!

Congratulations!

Don't be nervous, enjoy your pregnancy. I am currently 22 weeks and during my last pregnancy I miscarried. It made me very nervous through this pregnancy and It does not help you to be so nervous and scared. You more than likely would already know if it was going to happen. I started spotting immediately and that really was my only symptom. I did not have cramping or heavy bleeding. I guess it all depends on the person. Don't let this scare you though, if a miscarriage is going to happen it is because something is seriously wrong. It often happens because the cells did not divide correctly. Good Luck

You will bleed, and feel some pretty bad cramping. Don't stress, if you miscarry it would be because in the earliest stages of cell division, something goes wrong and the body aborts because it knows that at that stage there is no viability to the fetus. Also if you do miscarry, you will be extra fertile in the following three months so your chances of getting pregnant again soon are really high.

More then likely you will know. My friend miscarried at 16 weeks, and didnt find out until 20 weeks at her ultrasound. This is very very unusual though. Specially when you are that far along, you will at least have some spotting. You are going to be just fine. When your pregnant, each week that goes by your chances go less and less. Good luck!!

Not always no. Most people do bleed and have cramps. But some including myself never had cramps, never bleed, and did not know the baby had died until the doc told me and then he had to get it out. This is a missed miscarriage. Just know typically yes you bleed and have cramps, but not always. But a way to know is that your pregnancy symptoms will just disappear. Girl I am 21 weeks now and am still terrified. Good luck to you mommy
