I just found out that my babies placenta is curled and my doctor told me not to worry to much because there is only a slight chance it can effect the baby.. but i would like to know some of the effects, Ive tried searching the web but couldn't find much.. I would realy appreciate anything you have to offer, thanks.

Circumvallate placentas are clinically relevant, as they have a demonstrable association with antenatal complications including bleeding and preterm labor, so you might be monitored cloesely, but there seem to be no harmful effects for your baby other than you might deliver early.
