I did a scan of my computer and it found a file it identified as "Win32:Trojan-gen. {Other}". The name of the file is called paticyoq.exe. I had my antivirus program move it to the virus chest, but I could find no mention of it on any of the search engines. Anyone heard of paticyoq.exe?

The file name is not important. They can be changed to any name by the person sending it to you. The name of the virus, "Win32:Trojan-gen. {Other}", is the important thing to remove it.

I couldn't find any result doing search for that particular file name but that is not really important. The important part is that your anti-virus program did see the signature of a known threat.

Let it delete or quarantine the file.

I would send this to what ever anti virus company you are using like symantec so they can quickly send the updates to all the other symantec users and save others from infections so some good has come out of this.
