The Dixie Chicks made music history at the 49th Grammy Awards on February 11, when they became the first female group ever to take home ALL THREE top Grammy honors, even after Repub.Politicians and their stooges on the right showed their true Fascist colors and tried to shut them off of radio stations and deny them a voice.

It was dummy! Less CD sales and concerts cancelled in the US due to lagging ticket sales. I still like their music. I just didn't agree with their statement about Pres. Bush OR their choice of venue to state their view (London I believe).
Wow! Liberal entertainment media honors Bush bashers? What a suprise! Let me tell Michael Moore. He may not know this yet.
It always makes me laugh when liberals voice their opinion like they have all the right in the world to do, but if those who disagree voice a counter view, well you're just being intolerant or "trying to deny them their voice". By all means, speak up, but if you're a public figure (re:entertainer, especially in country music for heavens sake!), be sure others, including radio station owners and listeners, will voice theirs in any way they can. Free speech works both ways!

The only problem I have with the Dixie's is they're no Dylan. Besides,the Dixie's music is for chicks.

They still can't admit that the Dixie Chicks were right. Of course, if they started dealing with reality, it would make them "flip-floppers" and they wouldn't want that.
