can u recommends some good colleges&community colleges (with low tuition) on the US?

all SUNY's In NY. Seriously, they are highly accredited, well diversified. and you will get a great education! Not overly expensive either.Many students from NYC go to these colleges and most are very rich. Check out Binghamtion University, a SUNY College

The community college in your state of residence will have the lowest tuition. You'd save money in the long run by spending a year in the state you want to go to college establishing residency. (You'll have to delay taking classes though, and will probably need to work part time.)
