Actually, quickly is an adverb, fast can act as an adverb or an adjective ("he drives a fast car" vs. "she runs fast"), and a word that ends in -ing is a gerund, but can also act as an adjective (gerund: "Running is my favorite thing to do." adjective: "He was hit by a speeding bus.").
So you will not find a word for quickly (you could for "quick"--fleeting, darting, bustling, etc.--depending on the precise meaning in your context.), but you could find synonyms for fast--streaking, dashing, racing, flashing, speeding, flying...

well, 'fast' is an adjective. 'Quickly' is an adverb. A word that ends in 'ing' is a verb. This doesn't work because they won't mean the same thing. If you are looking for a verb that means something similar, try rushing, hurrying, running, or speeding.
