No one is going to find every threat. In fact, threats come out so fast that some will slip past all of them from time to time.

I use AVG and Norton. This methods helps find the most threats.

never rely soley on one scanning program to find everything.

Definitely BitDefender 10. My Norton slowed my system up tremendously. It uses too much of your allocated space. After switching to BitDefender over a month ago- it is like I got a new computer! I couldn't believe the difference. I will never go back to either McAfee or Norton.

Well I've used of them but BitDefender 10. When I was using Mcafee on my friends computer his internet failed and he couldn't install any thing. Soon his MSN went and his computer went hywire. I use Norton Internet security 2007 and so far my laptop hasn't gotten slower and it's detected and removed threats from computers and has helped me in surfing. So I would recommend Norton Internet Secuirty or use Symantec. Panda internet secuirty is pretty good they block websites not for children and blocks spyware being installed on computers like fire fox (free download from Mozzila website) So in my opinion use firefox not Internet Explorer and use Norton Internet security for full protection hope this helps.

I would use Norton. I have Norton Internet Security 2006 and it's is perfect. Features such as Live update, personal firewall, etc. Even though it takes up alot of space it keeps your computer running smoothely.

I find that BitDefender Internet Security is the best around. The firewall is user-friendly and has hourly anti-virus updates. It also protects against spyware, adware, and malware.

Microsoft offers most of their anti-virus protection for free. The Bit-Defender and Windows live One Care are awesome! AVG is another great protector that is free. I have given you a link to free virus, spyware and adware protection.
