i was told it wasnt the suspension, and have applied some silicon spray but that didnt work either

It needs to be completely lubed. Jiffy Lube or someplace like that.

a lot of times upper control arm bushings when going bad will squeak like that and also the sway bar bushings will do that too.

sounds like the ball joints. have a lube shop put some grease in. if that doesnt help they will need to be replace

the shocks will squeak when they are going bad.
