When I was little the first time I saw the movie The Birds, from albert hitchcoch. I had bad dreams. and didn't want to sleep in my room all alone.

A more recent one was hostel. Not because it was scary, just because it was psychologically disturbing to think it could really happen. Other than that, White Noise gave me nightmares (you know the one about the fuzzy tv signals). Oh yeah, Scream was super scary when I was younger. Good question.

No never had nightmares although some are very scary
Wolf Creek is very shocking because you see all the horror that happened to a woman so unless you are very mentaly strong .......

yes, the original Frankenstein I first saw it as a kid about 1960, I bet I had 100 nightmares from it

"Trilogy Of Terror" with Karen Black, that gave me nightmares. I thought the little voodoo doll was under my bed when I was a teenager. =)
