Apparently, St Sebastian is patron saint of athletics, the only sport listed for saints - www.catholic-forum.com
I would go along with St George (Best) though.

Any long distance sport, from running marathons or cross-country ski-ing, or even motr racing, ought to be St Christopher the patron saint of travellers.
Given the number of scandals about performance enhancing drugs, maybe its Saints Damian and Cosmas, the patron saints of pharmacology,
