the sound on the dvd burner on my computer keeps skipping or cuts out or doesn't play the dvd. What's wrong and how do i fix this.

the problem is with lens clean it with a lens cleaning cd.

try to clean the lens using the dvd lens cleaner and a little bit of the cleaning liquid,but don't go mad with the liquid or u will damage the lens!.
