C.O.D. alone means "cas on delivery" meaning you have to pay when something is handed to you via mail. This is no longer practiced due to credit cards now.

No. C.O.D. or C.O.D. NO means exactly that, = no c.o.d. will be accepted, the merchandise needs to be paid for in advance.

c.o.d means cash on delivery.
