There's not much you can do except wait for new nails to grow in. The bumpiness is probably from the buffing they do before applying the nails.
However, if there is any greenish looking patches, you have a nail fungus-VERY common after artificial nails. You need to buy a nail funal ointment from your local pharmacy or wal-mart. It is usually just a surface fungus, but if it appears to be under the nail, see your doctor.
Good luck and just try to grow your natural nails.

First I recommend having a Doctor look at your nails to make sure you don't have a nail fungus or if they know of anything that would help.
Second, do not put polish on your nails, when they put on the fake nails, they sanded down your true nail and probably left holes, even tiny microscopic holes that can let bacteria in - you don't need or want polish to get in those holes and down to the nail bed.
When fake nails are applied, your natural nails start to grow in thinner, those thin nails will be more fragile, breakable, bend easily, peel easily ...even if the nail bed wasn't damaged and can still grow healthy nails, it will take several months for your natural nail to grow in.
You will have to let your nails grow out naturally and hope that in several months the new nail growth is healthy.
If you're lucky enough to have your nails grow in healthy, I don't recommend you ever allow anyone to apply fake nails again.

thats what happened to me.. and my nails are still bumpy
i think its bc the oxygen hasn't gotten in ur nails for a period of time.. and when they do your nails they make'em thin so that also affects the growth

u will just have to wait until your nails turn back to how they were. if u paint them then u really cant tell what happened to your nails.but you may want to file them down first.

If they put glue on them, that's what happens, You may have to wait until they grow back. Keep them healthy by filing down the bumps and keep them clean and they'll look ok. i hope.
