Many NBA players have a good shot... Ray Allen is suppose to have one of the best ever though. His stroke is a thing of beauty. He gets good lift, wrist flick, bent elbows, and it hasn't changed since he came in the league. T-Mac is also one of the guys who can get a good lift and still shoot the ball with very precise aim. Check the pic on the site and see how to shoot the ball like the MAC. Kobe also has a great stroke from almost anywhere on the ball court. He has been known to shoot on anyone and he is equally good with the left hand... check youtube to see some of kobes lefty shots (even one with one hand , the left hand...)

I don't know in NBA history, but in the present, I think Ray Allen has the best. He's so good at coming off picks and knocking down 3's from the corner. His release is so quick, also.

Ray Allen is one of the best shooters in the NBA with that off the pick pull up 3 and Arenas is unstoppable when he's in hibachi mood but Kobe has the best pull up jumper because he gets so high up in the air and usually makes them.

ray allen has by far the best looking shot. kobe has the best jump shot over a defender. it doesnt matter who is guarding him, he will still manage to get a shot off and still make it , and make it look good
