i think it all kind of gets together in order to form some unison, you may have really pretty eyes but an ugly nose and teeth or w.e. and it wotn matter. It depends, maybe if the person has all good qualities, then id say eyes or hair. but it all has to go together.

I don't think that any one feature is the most important. I've seen guys that look great, then smile, and their teeth stick everywhere, and it really ruins the look. Again, I know a guy who used to have really gross long, greasy hair. He cut it, and looks pretty good now. If I had to pick something, I'd say face shape is most important. I'm a sucker for a strong jaw and great cheekbones. Overall, I think that if you draw attention to your best feature you'll be fine. If your worst feature is something you can fix (with a haircut, or braces, or switching to contacts or better glasses, etc) then go for it. You'll only make yourself look better.

Symmetry.
Individual features don't count for much if the overall mixture doesn't come out symmetric.
