Justin, there are assumptions to make in order to answer you..... i assume you spend a lot of time thinking about things that are yesterdays issues...yesterdays problems...issues that are unresolved, and you can find no way to solve them.... ??...
I assume you are repetitiously repeating your own inner dialog with your self and criticizing your self, or your behaviors, or your actions involving some past environment / occurrence ...
If i am correct, and you self affirm that you are doing 'that', i invite you to read a book called "The Power of Now'...
It doesn't take much imagination to think that you are angry at your self, or mad at your self, and if that's so, you are feeling those emotions over something from your past...
You no longer live in yesterday...you are obviously TRYING to tho. Get some counseling other than the dialog repetitively running through your inner thoughts. YOU are not your best counselor at the moment.
I wish you well....life is not dynamic when lived in memories..life is happening - memories are being made even as you live ... the longer you spend liveing in the past, the more you excentuate it.
been there....done that

Sai Ram. Pronounced as Saayee Raam, it is a greeting, a mantra and also a blessing to you.U show the intellectual aspect of your psyche and your real need to know. Happiness is the only purpose of life,.I feel as if you are tired of life so i guess your question is how to get happiness? Search deep within and try to know who you are. Who is seeking the answer to the question? Who is that you? Find that real you behind all the layers that are heaped upon by society and its conditioning.
Believe in yourself
Be brave...but it's ok to be afraid sometimes
Study hard
Give lots of kisses
Laugh often
Don't be overly concerned with your weight, it's just a number
Always try to see the glass half full
Meet new people, even if they look different to you
Remain calm, even when it seems hopeless
Take lots of naps..
Be weird whenever you have the chance
Love your friends, no matter who they are
Don't waste food
RELAX
Take an occasional risk
Try to have a little fun each day.
...it's important
Work together as a team
Share a joke with friends
Fall in love with someone..
...and say "I love you" often
Express yourself creatively
Be conscious of your appearance
Always be up for surprises
Love someone with all of your heart
Share with friends
Watch your step
It will get better
There is always someone who loves you more than you
These are the same principles I go by for my own, and the same I am teaching everybody. Always look to the positive. There is a positive in every situation, even the bad ones. They are learning experiences. Look to how you handle a bad situation, and learn from how you acted, and see how you can turn the negative into a positive next time. Every situation helps us to evolve, so every situation is good. Life is not worth wasting any moment on depression. I did for far too long, and I'll never do it again! But I don't regret my past, it has made me who I am, and I have learned a great deal about life from the way
I used to be. You can overcome anything. Nothing can stop you from enjoying life. I
found out the longer you sit there and feel bad about yourself, the longer your gonna feel depressed. You wonder why nobody cares, why nobody wants to be around you. The reason why nobody wants to be around you is because YOU ARE DEPRESSED. you bring them down when you come around. You get up and fight through it. The minute you get up and change your attitude about what's going on, the other stuff starts to change. whatever is kicking you and trying to push you down, i say kick it back. The first thing you got to do is open uo the curtains, put on some good music, take a shower, put on a good face, and open up the door and go out and see the world .Your sitting around hoping someone will fix it but, it's got to be fixed through you. You can't say "please, god help me." God is not gonna do anything if only try and help yourself to. Don't hold things back. Say it. Deal with that emotion... I wish you the best of luck

The best thing to do is to just talk about it, with a friend or any loved one. You have to realize that if you cut your life short, you'll be missing out on so much that it has to offer. Honestly, I think about suicide sometimes but I would never do it, because I know I have to stay strong and live my life to max. Life is hard, deal with it; It's hard for a lot of people who have it a lot worse than you. Anyway, talk to a friend and I'm sure you'll feel much better.

Your life is no harder than anyone else’s unless you are being beaten or sexually abused. If you are being beaten or sexually abused then call the police and they will help you that is why they are there. Why are you cutting yourself and thinking of suicide, what good does it do for you to do those things, if you want change in your life then you must be the one to change them. How do you change them is simple just start doing the things that are positive and be prepared for failure and success, each of us on this planet have many failures and few successes it's just part of life. If you want more success then you do the things that help to achieve that goal. You must look within yourself to make the necessary changes and you must be willing to do so, you must be willing to do so because you posted this question, so be strong and make positive changes and turn your life around and don't be ashamed to ask for professional help. God bless and good luck. If you need to email me feel free to do so, life is worth living no matter what has happened in the past or the future.

my name is karen and i have struggled with depression all my life but just recently, i began surrounding myself with new friends and i stayed fairly busy. you have to understand, my problems didnt just evaporate and neither did my depression but now, i am more stable and happier with good friends by my side. i found God and i realize that i always have someone to help me and talk to. now, i still have those bad days and those sad moments, but i call a friend for support and they help me get through it. i have even been able to get off my anti-depressants and i am much better. it is suprising how much faith in God and friends can do for you. good luck in all your troubles, and you might want to see a therapist if you arent already.
