does ouran stop at chapter 36 and resume at 42? what is the current latest chapter?

but... why are there no chapters 37-41? or are these cahpetrs just not available for downloading? coz when i searched for the manga, only chapters 1-36 and 42-43 appeared...

43 is the latest chapter i believe and the series goes to 48

i have no idea why those chapters are missing either, but if youre interested in buying it in a bookstore, i do believe its volume 9 :)
