I've seen here that people dislike liberals because 'they spend more'.

But here is the thing..since Bush took office, spending has increased in EVERY department since 2001. Not just defense. EVERY department.

Add the Homeland Security, Iraq & Afghanistan wars, billions for contracters..

And then the national debt has increased to nearly 9 trillion, from the 5 trillion when Clinton was in office..

I think I'd maintain Clinton was more fiscally responsible than Bush ever could be.

You could try to blame Bush's overspending on Democrats, but you would be wrong, since the GOP controlled Congress from 2002-2006.

So I maintain Bush is a liberal. Big on spending money..and if not from taxes, he'll just borrow it and put America at the mercy of debtors in China, Japan, Europe, and wherever else.

It seems to me true conservatives would object to Bush's big government objectives. But maybe Bush supporters are just big government liberals in disguise?

Yes, in some areas, and conservatives are quick to criticize him about it. I think he spends entirely too much on social programs.

The difference, however, is I am capable of criticizing a few positions of his, while still being aware that he is a good president overall.

Try to find a democrat who can criticize anything about any democrat. They can't even say clinton was wrong for committing perjury, because they are under an allusion that "it was just a lie about a b.j.", and don't think being investigated for sexual assault and misconduct is a big deal.

Bush has been a REAL disappointment. He needs to close the border and kick out all illegals, get out of iraq, drop a nuke on iran and stop the world from thinking America is so weak willed.

Bite your tongue..........
The only reason Clinton appeared to be fiscally responsible, is because he did absolutely nothing his entire term....
We are spending money for the safety and protection of you and the entire country and world.
Liberals spend it on their Porkfilled contributors and themselves..oh yeah, they also give it away to lazy welfare people , illegals, so called social deviants
