I don't know of any that would be national scholarship programs, but some universities and colleges may have special programs to cover those needs. Ask those at the school in which you are interested. Even if they don't have a specific scholarship on hand, they may have a donor with specific interests in helping people like you, who could supplement your aid packet. It never hurts to find out.
