I just wanted to become one, but not sure how, anyone know how, i am really tall 5 foot 9 so height i guess isn't an issue, i just wanna follow my dreams i guess....

your parents ( or guardian) must accompany you when you go to the agencies.
make sure that the agencies you conatct are reputable.
don't know if you live in new york ( but the best agencies are in manhattan)
ford, elite, img, women, ..
have simple pix taken..they don't have to be professional.
the agencies just want to see how you photograph.
you don't need a porfolio when starting out making the rounds of the agencies.
since you are 13..your modelling will be limited to after school and on weekends.
you will also need a parent or guardian to take care of finances.
stay healthy..good diet and exercise...practice walking gracefully.

well im around your age and i dont necisarily want to model but my dream is to be in the fashion industry i would looooove to be a designer....anyways i have reasearched alot and basically you can model at any age, and ignore what the first person said about being "developed" if you are thats great but most the models out there are like reeaaallly small especially in the chest area, actually a flat chest is pretty couture
anyways check out some agencies i would say start with barbizan then you can work your way up...just like tyra!

There is this acting/modeling school, John Robert Powers. You will have to find out where the nearest one to you is. Call the number and find out when there next auditions are to get in. You auditon once, if they like you they give you a callback and signyou. They are expensive, but they give you calsses, a headshot and you meet with Hollwood casting directors and agents every weekend.

ask in stores to model for signs or participate in those runways that always are at shopping malls. also try teen beauty contests. there are plenty model agencies that recieve teenagers like u, u r in a good age to start learning so follow your dreams! search for them! the chance maybe will come sooner than u think

Send good pictures to the Eileen Ford agency in NY and similar well known outfits.

r u developed if not no chance of being a model....but contact stores u want to be models for and tell them ur dream.
