If school is easy for you, then first things first. Do your grades reflect that you are not challenged? Second, does your school offer advanced placement courses or classes that would be more challenging? If so, speak to your teacher or guidance counselor about being tested to see if you can take those classes. If you score well, you could be taking college credit.
The key is to not turn your bordem into something that could distract you from valuable lessons, or others in the classroom.

Are you getting straight A's with minimal effort? If not, is this simply an excuse for not doing your school work or skipping school? If it is the former, and you really want to be challenged, talk to your counselor about accellerated/gifted programs in your school district. Otherwise, challenge yourself--start reading more books, study things that interest you and develop your own passions. Don't worry about being construed as a 'brain'. Once you're out of school, all that popularity bs won't mean a thing to anyone. What will matter is having enough intelligence to hold down a job and manage your affairs. If it is the latter, do your schoolwork. You don't know everything, not even close. You DO need to know all that stuff they teach you in school if you don't want to be an idiot in your adult years. I work with a bunch of people that were "too cool for school" and now they can't even write a coherent customer service fax without making themselves and the company look retarded. It will matter.

Get out of the public school system. It is designed to teach the lowest common denominator. Even the AP classes are being watered down in some places so that schools can boast to have high enrollment in them.
And to the person who said skipping a grade ruined their social life, I am wondering why the parents were allowing a social life to take the place of going to school for an education? I skipped twice and had a wonderful social life, but then again, my social life had nothing to do with school.

Let someone know. I don't know at what level you are in school, but alternatives include moving you into a different track, moving you up, or giving you some more challenging enrichment activities. As a teacher, I can also tell you that sometimes students will say that school is too easy, but they aren't getting out of it what they should be getting, and aren't doing particularly well. All of these options should be explored, but first someone has to know how you feel.

Find ways to learn on your own. I went through the same thing. In my case, I simply started reading. During most of my primary/high school years, I went to the library once every week or two. And I got interested in playing chess, model rocketry, and a number of other things.
I didn't do those things because I "had to"--I was just finding things to do that were interesting and fun. And what interests you may be entirely different. The point is that there's lots of things to learn and do besides just school. Have fun!

good, that will depend on how speedily you study. Socially, it could now not be outstanding, however that is considering the fact that in core tuition nobody has whatever higher to speak approximately than every different. :] do not strain out approximately it, core tuition is relatively amusing. The eighth grade is wherein it begins getting extra problematic, even though. In the eighth grade, generally every body expects you to be very mature and the leaders of the tuition. that is now not too tough even though. HAVE FUN!

How about helping those who aren't so lucky. Help them with homework, and any other assistance. You can make some money doing this. Now, since I'm the one who suggested this, I should get a 50% agents fee. Or not. Have fun

I don't think I would recommend skipping a grade. I did that, and it really messed up my social life. I would find ways to challenge myself. There is always something to learn.
