Can someone tell me if this is a good investment(EYII)?

My friend wants to invest in Essentially Yours Industries(eyii). I have told him how bad of an investment I think it is based on how much their financial statements suck. But, he is saying that their new ME2 fuel additive is going to make the company a lot of money. Does anyone know anything about this company?

The stock trades a .0055, doesn't looks like the new ME2 fuel has made any impact on its price. Save your money and buy a company that is making money.

I just did 15 minutes of research on EYII.
I am a self professed researcher on penny stocks.
I dig deep on these and I will tell you this is a bad investment.
Here look at ths registration statement to sell almost 800,000,000 million shares on the open market.

This company has never made any money and has 5 million dollars of long term debt,

Last year EYII was tied to another scam company HYRF in which investors lost millions.
In 15 minutes I would run as fast as I can from this stock !!!!!!!!
Buy PBLS it is at .0175 and Has more than most AMEX stocks selling for dollars.
I have done 2 years of research on PBLS and it is the best value on the market.
