I live in San Antonio, TX, I'm about a 2.0-2.5 on the USTA scale.

Join a small .. possibly public courts .. tennis club .. wait for an "odd number" to come to play and offer to join them ..

Talk to people at school or woek or something. Strike up a conversation. Also I would go to a local tennis court and talk to people, make friends! Enjoy your time thier and talk to everyone. You will find someone to partner with you soon.

Go to your school, work, or local park and ask people if they are tennis players and if they have a partner.

when u go to where u play tennis look around and find a great tennis player and ask him or her to be ur partner
