As adults, we have to take responsibility for what we do in life. Yes, some have had terrible childhoods, etc., but that does not mean you have to take that and make more pain and suffering in the world. Serial killers are very sick puppies, they are social deviants and need to be locked up for life...or better yet, go to the chamber.

I believe that anyone who intentionally kills an innocent being without any rights is to be blamed... really blamed, and that he/she deserves to be punished/judged for his/her criminal act.
Plus, even if he/she gets away with it right now... is he/she still going to run away from God's judgement? I don't think so!
