Personally I'd say 1 or 2. Sorry ladies, I am a guy addicted to admiring gals in tights. Actually any number 1 through 4 could apply it just depends upon where you are going, whom you are going out with, and how much you enjoy wearing tights.
My definition of tights are the ones that are the thicker ones that dancers wear and not pantyhose (though I enjoy you ladies who show off in pantyhose as well).
Oh, yeah I am surprised at Jon for asking this He knows better.

I don't think this question is perverted or gross or whatnot. Please, grow up, answerers.
As for the question itself ... Choice 2. People should go out in what they want to go out in. But I don't think it'd be comfortable as the leggings would probably give you a wedgie. Plus, you would look sort of like Mary-Kate Olsen, i.e. a wannabe hobo who just returned from gym. (I'm not criticising the question or whatever. Just stating my opinions.) And the tshirt should cover their bottom. I've seen it done before and it looked awful and disturbing because they wore a really short shirt.
