cost of medical ttreatment increased many folld , the goverment hospital and the individual cannot meet the expenditure. and at the same time we cannot give up the expense

When, government will be able to set up the infrustructure
of health improvement in govt. hospitals, rural health centre.
then, they can approach & covinced to the citizens, about of
mediclam facilities, the approach will be from the central govt, then, citizens will be understand its benifit. The govt.
can give this facilities by indians & the payment of policy cost may be adjusted from mly, electricity bill, tax bill , as an example, now, we are paying education tax @2% of total electrict bill. It this way govt. can give this mediclaim policy
to all citizens, by the help of all state govt's health dept.
