Realize what the problem is, what caused it in the first place, and then with that knowledge, start trying to make it right again. It WILL take time. You're not going to solve it overnight. Just be patient, and do everything in your power, consistently.

Best way is to communicate!! Maybe a sit down (calmly) and discuss the problems TOGETHER and find a solution you both can live with. Life comes with compromise. If you have done "something" wrong...then ASK for forgiveness, understanding it doesn't include forgetting, but that you would like to put it into the past once you have. Good Luck!

communication done in a loving non judgmental way, by being honest with her, telling her how u feel. even therapy works, if both parties are willing. anything broken can be fixed, if u still love her, if u don't its always best to get a divorce.
