I have been using PC Cillin 2007 but the other day I installed Spyware Doctor and it found a Key Logger! PC Cillin 2007 was meant to have an all in one system to protect me, but it failed big time! I have been reading about Zonealarm 7 and it sounds good. Should I just max-out my security levels on PC Cillin 2007 and use Spyware Doctor, or should I change over to Zonealarm 7? Many thanks.

I hope this answers your question about which one to get. When I was searching for Internet Security Suite Reviews, such as Top 10, I found that some are better than others of course. But PC-Cillin 2007 is better than ZoneAlarm 7. But if you are having trouble with PC-Cillin, I would switch over (or buy) to ZoneAlarm 7. But if you do buy ZoneAlarm 7, make sure you uninstall your other Internet Security. Two Internet Securities on one computer is not good. It confuses the computer to which one to use. But it is your choice to which program you would want to use. Good luck!

My opinion - neither! Zone Alarm will block lots of stuff you don't want blocked and since PC Cillin isn't doing the job (I presume you are using the PAID version not the free one?) give them both a miss.

I recommend AVG FREE Anti-Virus and AVG FREE Anti-Spy-ware. Both update every day automatically and are free forever - the Anti-Spy-ware is a 30 day trial after which the auto update is turned off so you have to manually update but otherwise its fine.

You might want to give your system a thorough check to see what other nasties are hiding. Go to:
http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm?s_cid=sah
and select full scan. It may take a while but it will clean out any viruses, Trojans and other spyware and malaware plus tune up your PC for free - its from Microsoft and doesn't report back anything that is on your computer but at the end asks if you want to tell MS what problems it found. You can say yes or no.

If your running XP with SP2 then your built in windows firewall is all you need, it does a good job. If your not XP then Zonealarm free with AVG free will do a good job without slowing your computer as so many of these programs do.

In either case you should also have Spybot Search and destroy

Spybot, Zone alarm and AVG can be downloaded free from http://www.download.com

If it is only between those two i would suggest zonealarm. But if you really want a good antivirus go for NOD32 or Kaspersky..

Don't waste time trying to figure out which one to use. Just go with Free Zone Alarm. I've been using it for 4 years plus and haven't had any problems. You can download it at http://filehippo.com.

Sorry :( however the final antivirus stuff is norton and mcafee because of the fact its the two you get good virus secure practices or get a clean pc as quickly as you have completely ruined that one with crappy application .
