This is definately a homework question. Therefore, I won't answer it, but give you the tools to do it yourself and use your brain.
Social class (in the U.S.)refers to those who fall into a certain economic group. The poor, middle class and the rich are what the three groups are called.
Now, if you were poor, do you think your health would be good, or better than the middle class or rich?
Money has a great deal to do with health, not just the ability to buy good health care, but there is a psychological element too.

Clearly, this is homework. Here is my very basic answer that you can use as springboard to research this question yourself.
Those with a lower socioeconomic status have less access to resources.
Now you can identify which resources effect health related issues.
