You can use a free webcreater like free webs or u can learn the coding for them, u can use HTML which is fairly easy to learn but u can only creat basic websites. There of course more advanced things such as Java, CSS. and pearl.

Just download some free web page makers like Web Page Maker V2 and try it. It's pretty easy 2 use. I did mine with tha programs and it didn't come out that bad. Atleast i think so.

You can go to Freewebs.com and open your own account. There are premade layouts for you to choose from and are really easy to edit but if you're looking for a professional layout, you might want to make your own or hire a professional.
