Our TV station is having a home and garden expo out at the mall in Muncey. I think I might go. (But then I will come home and hate my house.)

it's not a festival, but there is something special going on uptown. some kind of crafts fair.

no,but there is a "Bathtub" race here.My town is a li' bit nutty.People decorate real bathtubs & have a race right down main street.
