India lost all the time when we depended on them because ,the players have no sense of responsibilty and they are not answerable to anybody..most of them are playing for themselves and not for the country..And we as a nation have this "chalta Hai" attitude..which is seen everywhere in the country..people spit on the road,pee on the road .just out of habit,,and none of us do a damn thing about it.We just sit and watch,as we have no intregrity,no pride in our country,no drive to change.!!Then how do you expect the team to win??

Firstly it is not India loosing, if you are referring to the Cricket team, it is a BCCI team and not an Indian team in the true sense, since BCCI is a club and this is the line of argument they had themselves chosen in the context of a Court Case. Coming to cricket, my own feeling is that the BCCI team lacks commitment, and is poor in terms of application. The members can be seen for more time in the TV ads than on the crease, and why not? they earn their bread that way only.

I guess you are talking about the Indian Cricket team...The team has been earning a lot lately with the ads they act in...They are earning crores for a 1-2 minute ad...It doesn't matter for them whether they work hard or take it coolly they get their money (Actually they get around twice or thrice the amount of money they get bu playing a match). Even if they don't perform they are paid....For example Sachin gets paid around 25-50 lakhs p.a for just participating in a match....Come on we do what we do for money, as long as they are getting it from some means or the other it doesn't matter......

It is not India but Indians. You create Gods out of your players and they think need not perform and just make money.

Hard work will be rewarded.
There is no subsititute for hard work.
Recent failure of Indian cricket team is only due to lack of hard work & self confidence. It happens in every one's life.
Dont put the blame on single person!
