Hi, I have been with T-Mobile for roughly 14 years now (ever since they taken over one2one) I phoned T-Mobile customer support as many of my friends who have been with T-Mobile for just over a year phoned T-Mobile saying they had found a better deal and were instantly offered money off their monthly line rental and more free minutes and texts, one friend has his £30 monthly bill cut down to £15.

All these people are fairly new to T-Mobile and are getting these rewards, I have been with them for 14 years, the person on the phone was very rude and unhelpful and didn't really seem to care, all I asked for was a good deal for another contract for my youngest son and all he said was "look on the website"..........is this how T-Mobile reward loyal customers.

P.S - Do you think asking for the Flext 35 (18 month) contract for £20 a month is asking to much?

Contact their Customer Relations Department, I found that they are the only people who work for T-Mobile with any manners, decency or intelligence.

With the amount of competition there is for your business just go somewhere else. There's plenty of choice, Vodafone have good customer services and excellent coverage.

I'd say "Sod 'em!" and switch to Vodafone who are renowned for the quality of their Customer Service.

Change over. Let them know why - they cannot get away with being rude. Tell everyone you know.
