increase in blood volume will cause an increase in the venous return to the heart. this will increase the stretch on the myocardium eliciting the stretch reflex and therefore increasing the cardiac output and the heart rate as the cardiacvascular centre in the upper medulla gets stimulated and in turn stimulates the sympathetic pathway.

I Guess If Your Body Isnt Pumping The Right Amount Of Blood.That Could Affect Your Blood Pressure. Because Your Brain Needs Enough Blood Going To Your Heart To Keep It Pumping.
