The cheapest hotel in manchester has got to be the Hotel International which is opposite the train station. Its £25 a night which is the cheapest i know, and you get to use the bar all night and the drinks are real cheap!

Premier Lodges or Travel Inns. Have them both in Manchester and Bolton about £45 per room not per person.
