if i was a guy. yes. that would definently put a damper on the sex-life lol. its kind of degrading, if you know what i mean. (the LITTLE engine that could...) sorry man, but i think he wants you to be bigger >_^

it's a double-edged comments... could be an insult, especially the "little" part, but she could also be referring to the fact that it "could" do its job and she enjoyed it a lot. I wouldn't over-analyze it... just prove to her that it "could" more than once.
