Just go CRAZY. Smack his cast if you can. Just start WAILING on him.
if he has a wheelchair
POP A WHEEL OFF
take it both hands
RAM THAT SUCKA ON THE TOP OF HIS HEAD
Start screaming "CAN YA FEEL IT? HUH?" like ace ventura.
Also, feel free to say "RACE YA TO THE DOOR B*TCH" and push his chair backwards while you run.

Ignore him. No one told you that you have to be friends with him. Move on. Life's too short for hating like that. People are probably just feeling sorry for him. Live your own life.
