my lower back hurts real bad and my face starts to break out..

I don't know if you have had children already. However, I never noticed when I was getting my cycle until after I had my children. Depending on what my diet was like that month, I can become very sensitive to the point of crying about nothing. I am also plagued with headaches before periodically. Again, I noticed that if I ate too much sugar those symptoms appear.

I get backache, eats lots of sweets and carbs and get very very cranky. I also feel very very warm.
A normal menstrual cycle is about 28 days. You might want to consider marking it on a calender with a little red pen dot.

You may have cramping, back aches, some light tint spotting, crabbyness. Depends on the person.

I get cramps and a short temper and my back hurts just want to be left alone.

you get pms, cramps, your skin gets sensitive, and all that stuff...
also you can keep trak of it by seing how many days you go b4 you start your next month and try to average it out...and then you will know for future refrence..
