I can agree with you about Georgetown and even UNC at the end of that game when USC got called for an offensive foul, but not Florida. The officials made the right call in that situation, it was a blocking foul. Plus Butler benifitted from a lot of calls earlier in the game.

I'll admit that the refs missed a traveling call in the Georgetown/Vandy game, the Xavier/OSU game when Oden flagrantly fouled (no call), but the last 10 minutes of the UNC/USC game?! USC was worn down by a much deeper team with more determination. You could see that they were out of gas. UNC is the deepest team in the tournament. Don't take that win away from them. If you still win and your starting PG, PF have less than 10 points that says how deep your team is. UNC will get the best of Georgetown and will march on to the NCAA championship!

even before those games,if you were watching the previous two Ohio St. games the #1 or higher seeded team has prevailed because of poor officiating,I think the NCAA has
succumed to the tactics of the David Stern N.B.A. circus by
staging the higher seeded teams in contest against one another in hopes of recieving higher rating from the viewers.

I understand the cases being made about last night's games, but I do not buy any conspiracy theories on who got what breaks on an intentional level. Yes, referees make mistakes, but they do not do so in order to help a certain team.

I agree. The foul should have been call the second he pushed him backwards. It shouldn't matter if the defender ends up on his back on the floor or not. Once he had position and was bumped, it was an offensive foul. Bad "no call"

I agree it's like any other sport you need to earn the refs respect, by winning big games, although they won't admit it.
