I want to play elder scrolls oblivion at high quality with a wi fi card for under $600. And I need to know what the best wi-fi card is too.

Try these out, just what ever you do, do not get a dell. There horrible. Anything that's not a dell is the best.
There's two here that fit in your price range, both are wireless ready and have 2 out of 3 stars for gameing.

Would you like a Unicorn with that as well? Seriously, get real, you aren't going to get any decent gaming performance in a laptop for $600, all of them at that price will have integrated graphics, not something you should even attempt with Oblivion.
You're looking at $900+ for okay gaming performance. This is what I would consider minimum, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834115341 it only goes up from there.
