It must be step by step and the instructions must be clear. I'm new to this whole guitar thing and I need a web that can teach me everything bout it. Both visual and verbal are welcomed. Thanks.

Learning to play any instrument is best done with a teacher. There might be ads in your local paper, but your local music store probably has a message board, or its own teacher(s). Get out of the house for an hour or two a week. Or find one that will come to you. Without a real live person that can actually answer questions, instead of sending you to an FAQ, you'll be full of bad habits in no time. That will limit your ability, that will limit your enjoyment, etc.

Congratulations on getting all started. i'm a self taught guitarist myself and that i've got been in numerous bands and play out each and all of the time. listed right here are 3 issues that gets you all started... a million. bypass on the information superhighway and seek for chord charts and strategies to play some chords. practice them. fairly switching between them. once you're at, strategies to examine guitar tabs. Its like analyzing song in ordinary terms WAAAAY greater basic. 2. p.c.. some songs you like (basic ones) and strategies to play them by utilising finding the chord progressions on line. If its songs you like youll practice greater so dont purchase a e book in simple terms discover the right songs you like and learn them from the internet. Youtube has lots of tutorials so examine it out. 3. learn the minor pentatonic and blues scales. as quickly as you learn them practice them. daily, 20 min, practice the scales. in case you are attempting this, and practice a minimum of 15 min an afternoon (greater is larger, yet daily is larger then two times a week for a protracted era) you will learn way quicker then you definately think of.

I don't know a site, but having an instructor is better, in my opinion, if you have the money, get one.:D
