It's a decent trade, I guess.

well you really should look deep into all of your fantasy trades. Here is how i would break this one down. First off Darin Erstad has little relevance and should not be on a fantasy team no matter how "deep" the league is. Why because hes second on the depth chart in left field for the CWS. The major pieces of this trade puzzle is the Rolen Delluci Wells for Helms Moyer and Rowand. Rowand although very hyped as a rising star has yet to show any spectacular achievements aside from the catch he made when he broke his nose. Rolen is still a top 15 3bman and is a valuable asset. Moyer now is getting old and feeble at the tender age of 44 so he has little value and i dont think he can hold that starting role. Kip Wells doesnt offer much in this deal but could get 10+ wins on a good team in the cards. Dellucci the annual pine rider could be very good as he has shown alot of skill in the past. So, if i were u i would not do this trade.

Rolen is really the only player on the list worth owning in fantasy. Wes Helms is a sleeper if you are in an 18 team league. Same with Rowand. Jamie Moyer is only on a major league team because part of his contract is covered by Social Security and his AARP benefits. But he may be worth 1 or 2 starts.

I think its pretty fair. ROwand offsets Rolen for the most part. Helms and Miles are both pretty good, and Delluci and Erstad are on the decline, so that offsets Wells being better than moyer and Rolen being slightly better than Rownd. You are getting a pretty good trade.

I woudn't do it. Rolen is the major player, and you are sending him away. I know he is a bit injury prone, but if he is healthy he has huge upside. Moyer is old, but if he can hold his own in the least, the Phillies have the ability to score massive runs. I would still hold on to Rolen, unless you own another major 3rd baseman.

I would have made the trade with you, and thought I came out better. There really isn't much here, except for Rolen who will have a great year.
