my sister's jamaican boyfriend is a rude, lazy bum. he chews and smacks like a cow, cuts the tv up super loud and only watches what he wants to watch, FOX News. he doesn't have any manners whatsoever. I thought most Jamaicans had better values and manners but I guess this one just got lost in the stack somewhere. My parents Jamaican friends are very nice people.

When my parents were living and had retired to the Jersey shore--their neighbors right behind them were from Jamaica. Their were husband and wife --Astley and Mildred. My parents became very good friends with them and I would see them when I would visit. They were two of the nicest people I had ever known. Very sweet and kind and the sort of people that would not forget you once they knew you. I don't know if this had anything to do with them being Jamaican --maybe partly--maybe it was just their personalities. I just know they were a couple of pretty wonderful people.

Yeah Mon, I deeg their rum Mon! Just joking, I have had a few really nice Jamaican friends in my life that I used to work with and they are very nice people. I know they love jerk chicken.

I went to college with a Jamaican. He was in our study group. Really smart guy, tall, athletic. Cute accent.

They're fine. My former english teacher is Jamaican. She's also pretty tall.

I met a Jamaican guy, and heck he wouldn't leave me alone.. but I heard that they are polite.

Sure, they are no different than you or me. But I would say I am impressed with their sense of national pride.
