If Skeletor from HeMan is your idea of a hot date, then yes. If you have good vision and are also sane and sensible, it's highly unlikely. It drives me mad to see all these magazines put her at centre stage - they moan about how thin she is (rightly so, in my opinion), and then 10 pages later, feature some long and stupid fashion photo shoot promoting Victoria as the epitome of modern style.

Unfortunately, these mags seem to be ever popular. It's atrocious...but the media are hardly likely to change their ways while people are spending so much money copying these co-called ''style icons''. Ugh.

While I applaud the soundness (and honesty) of SH2007's answer, I personally can't see anything I even vaguely envy about Vic's appearance. I've got no desire, hidden or otherwise, to look like an emaciated, unhealthy, shapeless freak. Sorry.

I thought Victoria was nice looking when the pointless Spices first emerged - she was a decent size then and you could actually see her pretty face, as opposed to a hideously disproportionate bag of bones. Sort yourself out, Thicktoria!

No.......unless you consider unhealthy looking thiness good beautiful, she is ridiculous looking, being thin is one thing but she appears to an obsession, it has been rumoured that there has been so much objection to the size 0 thing that some modeling agencies now are starting to require their models to have a certain amount of weight on them, not saying by any means so they mean "plus" sizes but maybe at least a size 2 or something at least that is what is rumoured...at the moment..I am sure it will change

good question...Don't think there is a right or wrong answer..

I mean the media are actually the ones showing her off to young girls and giving them the "thinspiration" but at the same time they are slandering her for her weight..or what there is off it! As far as modern day goes, I think there is no such thing as beauty on the outside because people get taunted, picked on etc for the smallest of blemishes...i mean how often have we all picked up a magazine showing 3 different celebrities who happen to have a pimple and get ridculed because that's showing an imperfection...are they not human?

We have drove people like posh to her underweight state, we are country of people who hate anyone being overweight and we strive so hard to show that with companies such as curves, weight watchers and recommending counsellors for over eating(not saying they arent needed, hey i am bulimic and see a counsellor so i aint slandering it), tummy tucks, gyms etc...think of how much effort goes into saying "we should be skinny or at least at the exact healthy weight?"..and who decides that??

anything over your ideal weight is considered overweight...we did it to people, its societys expectations that often drive so many young girls into thinking having eating disorders is the way to go because if they don't they wont be accepted or beautiful!

Beauty has been created as something to behold on the outside ...at least just as much if not more than on the inside. As a quote from the devil wears prada says..."Yes this is what this billion-dollar industry(fashion) is about...inner beauty!" (sarcastically said)..it's true...there is so much out there to help us lok beautiful outside...but not in an dthats why when so many of us cannot meet the hgh standard or self esteem plummets into disper.

Ideally posh is not our modern day beauty, but our modern day common commodity.. of what happens to those who can't deal with the world in which we are creating!

Posh & beauty shouldn't be in the same sentence. When you have women like Catherine Zeta Jones, Cameron Diaz & Nicole Kidman, Posh couldn't hold a candle to them. She just looks like an anorexic matchstick!!! xxx

This whole size zero thing is not necessary at all.I was in a shop when i saw a magizine with a dying woman on the front page(she was as thin as a stick she had gone to far with the victoria beckham diet). Her doing this is not helping young teenagers looking for help in losing weight, and it isnt helping herself. She may be happy now but soon she will be the dying lady as thin as a stick, though she already is now.(they all look like someone could break them by accident!!!!)

She epitomises modern day self-loving self-important celebreties who feel the world owes them a living.....but only on their terms !

No. She has an alien's head on a skeleton's body, fake breasts, and is shallow, not to mention she isn't too bright. Deep tans, designer clothes, and hanging with real celebrities doesn't make that wannabe (no pun intended) one of the "beautiful" people. She only became famous for being one of the Spice Girls, and has only stayed famous because of who she is married to and hangs out with.

No, if she put on 4 stone then she would look like any other bird walking up the road. There is nothing beautiful about her whatsoever. She has a sister who looks like her double yet nobody goes on about her.

No, Posh is very well groomed, thats where it ends. No natural beauty, and I think she knows it, hence dressing up to the nines as they say.
