A female reporter said to nancy, regarding the pork in the bill they were 'celebrating', "Didn't you say you were not going to do this, when you controlled congress?"
Nancy avoided the topic and replied, "we never said we were not going to help the victims of hurricane katrina....." and quickly stepped away from the mic, as another stepped in.
Did anyone who did not realize nancy was a piece of garbage before, realize it then?

Every time I read a posting such as yours I cannot help but think of the "bridge to nowhere" that repugnut senator Ted Stevens pushed for. It is a shame and a disgrace that such pork barrel things are piggybacked onto needed legislation!! You go ahead and think with a one tracked mind instead of looking at the total picture that ALL politicians are nothing but crooks democrats as well as republicans.

Why not? The Yahoo Republicans routinely try and get the Yahoo Answers team to turn off the account of people they don't like, why shouldn't the Democrats in Congress do the same thing?

WSJ editorial was great today- How Pelosi piled on the pork to get a barely enough votes a bill that will never see light of day. Good ol' dems.

Poor Nancy is stuck between the left wing radicals that put the dims in office and the reality of common sense leadership.

Republicans invented 'pork'.
This 'pork' was something that Republicans should have taken care of when they were running the show.
Anyway, the 'Pelosi pork' is helping certain sectors of America, got any problem with that?

Since it is an indisputable fact that for every dollar democratic presidents have added to the national debt, republicans have added $2.59, I suggest you may want to question the republicans a bit more on that one.
