A blood test will show if you are pregnant 7 days following conception.

Most labs will tell you 10 days from conception to get an accurate result. Also ask the Dr to order a beta quant test that measures the amount of hcg in the blood. Good luck.

Depends on your doctor. My husband is military and I went to the base for my test and the next day they told me my results. But typiclaly it takes a week.
