Is it hypocrytical for blacks to demand to be treated equally, and at the same time demand that non-blacks not use a certian word which they themselves use?

Yup, that's just about the definition of hypocrisy. Remember though: not all blacks do what you describe, but many do.

If you want to get rid of something you bury it so deep it can never be found. A word becomes archaic when it is put to non use; when the populace no longer uses it. You want the word gone then bury it and dont dig it up.
