Well the headaches are normal to a point. Your body is taking on more blood thus the blood vessles in the body are getting more work piled on them. As with the dizziness, is it all the time or just when you get up too quickly? If its all the time that could be a blood pressure issue that your doctor needs to address quite quickly before it gets worse. Good Luck.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

I got them everyday for the first three months, dizzy too. Try drinking a big glass of water and sitting down for ten or fifteen minuets. Seemed to help me. Call your doctor if they are REALLY bad.

I used to get real bad headaches during my pregnancy. I heard that they were normal. I still asked my doctor and let me take Tylenol.

If you're pregnant you can have headaches and it can be normal.
However it can also be a sign of high or low BP, both of which are very dangerous. Go talk to your doctor.

i had these for the first 12-13 weeks of being pregnant..and its very normal..due to the fact that your body is producing more blood for you and the baby so your heart is pumping alittle more than it is used to..just as long as you dont pass out ..i wouldnt worry..just take it easy...stand up slowly and everything...good luck and congrats..

Yes, mild headaches are norma if they are not frequent and last several days.
If they are frequent and long lasting or very hurtful see your doctor.
