I can understand the postion of indian cricket team's performance but what happened to your english knowledge

Though Indian team is good on paper and they have formidable batting line up, which has been their strength, they failed miserably in the world cup inexplicably. While there is not much shame in loosing to Sri Lanka as both teams were equally stronger, the defeat at the hands of Bangladesh was humiliating.

No doubt they have performed very badly in WC 2007. It is one of the worst performances of Team India in recent times. Could it be because they were trying a good performance in bed as your question unintentionally suggests?
